Because everybody has a story to tell...
Yasmyn Andrade is a Singer-Songwriter and Professional Skimboarder born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Heavily inspired by Soul, RnB, Jazz, Hiphop and Boom Bap sounds similar to the likes of Ms.Lauryn Hill and Craig David to name a few. Yasmyn’s music takes her listeners through a journey of her experiences and emotions from pain to happiness to love and everything in between.
Yasmyn made her way to Los Angeles, by way of Ft.Lauderdale, FL, where she attended Marymount California University on a full-ride soccer scholarship and went on to play professionally for LA Wolves FC. While in LA, Yasmyn decided that she needed to prioritize her time in order to grow her first love and passion, music. She hit the studio and went on to release six singles, “Valerie”, “Priority”, “Bad Intentions”, “Stay Around”, “EX”, and “Bandit”.
In 2019, Yasmyn was called to the beautiful islands of Hawaii where she began her new journey of singing and performing live. Yaz was introduced to many of the island's top talents and began singing in Hawaii’s circuit of music venues. Yasmyn is now a full-time performer doing 5-7 shows per week which have been a major influence on her vocal and musical evolution. She is currently working on her debut full-length studio album and is looking to take the world by storm with her own fusion of R&B, Reggae, Soul and Hip-Hop.
